Honestly? Just a chef who got a bit obsessed with flavour.

Here's the truth.

I'm Chef Kevin. I've spent years cooking in professional kitchens, and somewhere along the way I realised the stuff I was reaching for every single day. The oils, the salts, the limoncello weren't something you could just grab off a supermarket shelf. Not the good stuff, anyway.

So I started making my own. And people kept asking, "what is that? Where did you get it?" And that's kind of how this whole thing started.

It's not fancy. It's just really, really good.

Everything we make is done by hand. No factory. No shortcuts. Just proper ingredients, treated with care, the same way I'd treat anything leaving my kitchen.

The basil & garlic oil? I use it on everything. The garlic salt? Goes on my eggs in the morning. The limoncello? Look, that one's for after dinner. Or before. No judgement.

The point is these aren't products I made to sell. They're things I actually use, every day, and I wanted other people to have access to them too.

You don't need to be a chef to cook like one.
