Subscriptions & Pre-orders

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscriptions

• Receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose.

• Payments are charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

• Some subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

• Pause or cancel your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email.

• All fees, including shipping, are clearly disclosed before checkout.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders are for items not yet in stock.

• We may charge a deposit or hold your payment method, then charge the remaining amount when the item ships.

• You can cancel unpaid or partially paid pre-orders before they ship.

• Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but refunds may apply according to our returns policy.
