Shipping Policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are usually fulfilled within 24 hours of placement (often faster when we can!).

Please note: shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of Australia Post, and delivery times are out of our direct control. Who Made This?! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages in transit. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number and updates from Australia Post.

The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for items left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item is marked as “delivered” in the tracking system, any delivery-related enquiries must be directed to Australia Post. That said, we’re always happy to help where we can!
