Welcome to Who Made This?! By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Products

We sell oils, salts, and alcoholic beverages (such as limoncello). Product descriptions, photos, and representations are made in good faith, but slight variations may occur.

Products are intended for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.

2. Preorders

Some products may be available on a preorder basis. Estimated fulfillment times will be provided at checkout.

If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout.

  • Prices may change at any time, but your order will be charged at the price displayed when you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping & Pickup

We offer:

  • Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post

  • Local pickup from A Taste of Avon (Stratford, VIC)

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Age Restrictions for Alcohol

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcoholic products, including limoncello.

We may request ID verification upon delivery or pickup. By purchasing, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement.

6. Refunds & Returns

We currently do not accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis, except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Please check that all items you receive are correct. If you receive an incorrect item, do not use it, as we can only accept returns of unused items in their original, re-saleable condition.

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • You received an incorrect item (unused and in original condition), or

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled or sent via Australia Post, please email info@atasteofavon.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request efficiently.

Shipping Disclaimer: Who Made This?! is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by Australia Post, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Note: Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the ACL, which cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Who Made This?! is not liable for:

  • Delays or damage caused by Australia Post

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

  • Misuse of products

Products are provided “as is.” Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL or other applicable consumer protection laws.
