Refunds Policy

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis, except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • You received an incorrect item (unused and in original condition), or
  • The item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@atasteofavon.com.au. As our products are food items with a best-before date, we can only accept returns of unopened products with the tamper-evident seal intact, in their original re-saleable condition.

If you wish to cancel an order before fulfilment, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
